· Where can I buy MISSHA product?
You can purchase all MISSHA product online or and in stores. To see our store details please go to ‘Our Stores’ in the homepage. · What are names like Super Aqua, Near Skin etc Super Aqua, Near Skin, Time Revolution etc is the various brand names within MISSHA cosmetics. Each brand has its own content and unique ingredients to target specific areas of skincare and makeup such as Anti-aging, Skin Whitening etc.. · Where is the product manufactured? All MISSHA products are manufactured in South Korea and imported in to New Zealand. · Why has my favorite product been discontinued? Discontinued means the product will no longer be manufactured therefore will not be stocked in the future. Normally discontinued products are repackaged and upgraded to meet current trends then newly launched. · How should I apply for a job with MISSHA? MISSHA is open for various career opportunities. To submit an application form or look at any vacancies please click into ‘About Us’ page from the homepage. · Can I return an online purchase to a retail store? Unfortunately our stock system for retail stores and online store is different so it is not possible to mix the two. For return procedure online please click into ‘Help & Customer Services’ for more details. · Do you accept international orders? MISSHA NZ do not accept and international orders but you can visit other global MISSHA store by visiting www.missha.net · Can MISSHA provide samples? MISSHA provides free samples for you to test various products before purchase. To apply for free samples, please use the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. Please type your details and type FREE SAMPLE in the subject tab. In your query please type in YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS / NAME OF THE PRODUCT YOU WISH TO RECEIVE A SAMPLE OF. *Please note that Free skincare samples are only available for limited products so please see the product detail to check if the sample is available or not. |
